Ausrine Beauty: Baltic Brown Granite Countertops

  The mystic dawn in the land of Midnight Sun. Ausrine is the beautiful Dawn Goddess of the Morning Star in Baltic mythology. When I visited Finland in 1995 and 1996 (winter time) watching the amazing dawn in the dark mesmerized me. Baltic Brown reminds me these old days. Rigid big circles like sun and sparkling morning stars around the sun in the dark. Baltic Brown granite countertops bring the Finish dawn in your kitchen.   Baltic Brown Granite’s surface is quite busy with the mixture of warm browns, golden tones and gray big rigid circles. Each circle has an outer capsule like pinkish gray or green on dark surface. She is such a big hiding agent for crumbs and dust. Her density makes her very hard and tense and brings stain, water and mildew resistant characteristics. She is from Finland and her other known names are Bruno Baltico, Brown Baltic and Baltic Rain. She looks similar to Tropical Brown granite but Tropical Brown has lighter colors than Baltic Brown and it has smaller tighter patterns. Brownie Granite is another similar stone to Baltic Brown Granite but her circles are soft a randomly sized. The other similar stones are Brazilian Brown, Tan Brown, Giallo Venzeiano, and Giallo Fiorito.   Baltic Brown is always very well coordinated with maple praline finish, ivory glazed, cherry cabinets from the lightest to darkest tone, antique white chalk paint with brown antique wax cabinets, honey oak , chestnut stained birch cabinets, Shenandoah maple with hazelnut glaze cabinets, cream cabinets with cocoa glaze, maple cherry paprika cabinets. All natural color backsplashes and brown tones are always good with her and you can also use her as full high backsplash.
